Carlotta was so sweet and welcoming, making me feel instantly comfortable, and Bryan was incredibly helpful by guiding me through everything and making the whole evening special from start to finish. I felt happy, relaxed, and cared for the entire time. And since I never had tried it before he took the time to patiently guide me through the menu and to suggest amazing combos and super delicious sauces.
If you really want to do something for yourself and your taste buds, this is the place to go. It’s more than just eating, it’s a memory you’ll want to relive again and again. Highly recommended! ❤️- Wait time

The experience itself was incredibly unique and enjoyable. We decided to order two broths – Lillye and Spicy Llama – upon the recommendation of the waiter, and we were not disappointed. The broths are served in a single pot, but they are kept separate, allowing you to enjoy two distinct flavors at the same time.
The concept is simple but brilliant: you choose your preferred meat, noodles, or vegetables, and then cook them directly in the boiling broth. It’s interactive and adds a fun, hands-on element to the meal. The broths were rich in flavor and complemented the ingredients perfectly. The variety of options meant there was something for everyone at the table, from vegetarians to meat lovers.
The entire setup was well-organized, and the service was top-notch. The waiter guided us through the process and made some great suggestions to enhance our meal. Lovely place to try your first hotpot! Staff are really attentive and speak fantastic English so can explain how everything works to you. Meat is fantastic, cooking instructions clear, and the broths are flavourful. A staff member made us a dish of sauce which was delicious!

The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed that the sauces were charged at €3 per person, as every other hotpot I’ve been to offered sauces for free. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We chose two broths: Little Lamb and Tom Yum Kung. The snowflake beef was absolutely fantastic. In the end, they gave us complimentary ice cream, which I absolutely loved.

We didn't know how big each portion was so we originally wanted to order a ton of food but thanks to the waiter who gave recommendations on the amount based on our group we were able to not waste too much food. The waitress also offered to make dipping sauces for us which were a lot better than the once we picked ourselves. We stayed longer than the restaurant opened and still, they were super patient with us. We’d 100% recommend this hotpot restaurant as the food was authentic & delicious while the staff was amazing. This is the second restaurant of little lamb hot pot in Milano. This time we ordered a small private room for dinner, which is nice and clean. The quality of food is the same as the one in China town. The service is nice too. Hot pot is better for more and more people for sharing and could taste more items.

What a fun and fantastic way to dine!
When we entered Little Lamb Bernina, we thought we it was an ordinary Chinese restaurant. But no. It is a new and fun dining concept where you choose what you would like to eat and cook it yourself at your table.
The young hostess was endlessly patient and friendly as she explained what was involved.
First, select the two broth flavours you wish to cook in, then choose the food you would like to cook and eat.
We chose a spicy and a non spicy broth, which was presented and soon began to boil in the kettle on our table.
We chose our meats, our dumplings and our vegetables which were then delivered to our table.
We had fun choosing what to cook in which broth, and found everything was delicious.
The restaurant was spotless, the service outstanding, the food was nutritious and delicious, and because the food choices were priced, you could design your menu to suit your budget.

We were staying closeby on our vacation and went two nights in a row, it was so good! The service is great, if you don't know the concept they explain it very well, our server even mixed up a sauce for us to try and suggested what to take. Great food and great experience.

Hotpot honestly just became one of my new favourite winter meals. I have found it is great for groups of 3 and up and it is fun alongside the great taste.
